Scattered Member Records

Keep member and family information organised with searchable profiles and configurable directory fields.

Hard-to-Find Receipts

Structure donation, membership and event collection records with receipt and reporting options.

Complex Event Coordination

Manage registrations, participant lists, transport, rooms and attendance through defined workflows.

Manual Room Allocation

Track facility inventory, booking requests, room allocation, occupancy and payment status.

Frequently asked questions

Sensible Society ERP FAQs

Discuss your organisation’s actual requirements with Sensible Computers to finalise the scope.

Yes. The website and portal can be planned around your organisation’s profile, members, committees, news, events, donations and other agreed requirements.

A member and family directory can be designed with agreed fields and grouping options such as city, state, zone or local unit. Access to personal information should follow defined permissions and privacy rules.

A dedicated matrimonial module can include registration, profiles, photo visibility controls, search filters, profile approval, interest requests and shortlist functions. The exact features and privacy rules should be agreed before implementation.

A yatra portal can be scoped for participant registration, ID cards, guardian information, group leaders, bus and seat allocation, room allocation, attendance and expense records. Continuous GPS tracking must be treated as a separate feature and confirmed before it is promised.

A facility-booking module can be scoped for building and room inventory, booking requests, approval, allocation, check-in/check-out, charges, payment status and occupancy reports.

These are integration or scope decisions and should not be assumed to be included by default. We will confirm availability, third-party requirements and commercial terms during requirement finalisation.

The proposed approach is modular. The initial implementation can focus on the highest-priority needs, with future modules planned according to the agreed architecture, budget and schedule.
